Strength Training

As your personal strength coach, I will design a custom program built around your specific needs and goals. Each week, I will send you a complete list of workouts for you to achieve your goals. I will check in to review your progress, make the needed adjustments, and any additional recommendations. Along your journey, we will take progress photos and measurements to make sure you are on track to meet your goal. In addition, if you need any help on exercise form, you can submit a video and receive feedback for improvement. I am available for support via phone or email for questions on exercises, nutrition, etc.

When you sign up, you will receive an email containing links to fill out forms such as new client questionnaire and health questionnaire to help me better customize your plan. When I receive these forms and review them, I will ask any further questions via phone or email before the fun begins! Based on your information, I will create an online program that is built around your schedule, customized to your needs and focuses on the types of exercises you like and will help you reach your goals.
